This is the first post of tennistarz blog initative.
This initative is to provide tennistarz a common place to share any ideas with the tennistarz or with the public. As a start, I have made few of the tennistarz members as the co-authors for this blog. Venkat, Karthik, Ashwini, Lazer, Lawrence are the co-authors for the blog as of now. Anyone who is interested in posting topics, please send me or the tennistarz group an email. current authors please log in to blogger.com using your gmail id and start posting your ideas.
Confused? Let me give you an example, you might have seen an entry in the tennis challenge ladder sheet pizza social on June 7th. Many of us like me know about the event. For all those who don't know, pizza social is a great idea by Venkat S. That event is going to help tennistarz to get to know each other and have some fun time. The idea is blogging is simple, instead of mailing, Venkat posts the idea as a blog post and every one else discuss on the idea through the post comment.
Blog posting is not limited to idea posting alone. Could be used to share info also. Racquet review, or tennis tips etc... Soon after publishing the post, I am planning to post an another one regarding the importance of dampner in racquets.
Overall, the idea is simple. group emails with reply is the ugliest way to organize and discuss ideas or information. Blog is not the best too. But lot lot better.
